What You Need to Make this Shake

The main ingredients in this sumptuous smoothie are ingredients you may already have at home: like banana, almond (or any milk you choose), Greek yogurt, vanilla extract and honey. It's optional but recommended to top this shake with graham cracker crumbs and light whipped cream, but it's completely up to you.

And finally, the main ingredient in this recipe is the 310 Banana Cream Pie Shake, and we'll talk about that next!

Ways to “Shake Up” this Recipe

I made this recipe with a classic banana cream pie in mind, but you can always play around with different ingredients to suit your personal preferences! Below are some variations your can try for an equally tasty shake…

    • Cashew or coconut milk instead of almond
    • Add frozen cauliflower instead of banana for less carbs
    • Add 310 Collagen for 11 additional grams of protein
    • Add chia, flax, or hemp seeds for a nutty kick
